We are incredibly excited to announce…Axe Hole NPR’s first ever…WATL Axe Throwing Tournament! This will be a Tier 3 WATL axe throwing tournament capped at 24 people.
Registration starts at 12p and the tournament begins at 1p. All throwers must be registered by 12:30p.
Prize Pool* is as follows:
1st place: $500
2nd place: $360
3rd place: $240
4th place: $120
Parking: There are 3 city parking lots within less than a block of us. There is also street parking on the streets near us. The street we are on (Nebraska Ave) will be CLOSED for us…and full of things to do like corn hole, giant jenga, etc. We expect to have our mobile axe unit set up as well if anyone is bringing guests that want a little more causal axe throwing fun!
We do not serve food on-site but there are A LOT of great restaurants (breakfast, sushi, pub food, pizza, sandwich shops, bakeries, traditional americana, etc) within a couple minute walk. We do have a bar with beer, wine, seltzers and ciders. No outside alcohol is permitted as we are not licensed for BYOB.
We also have an amazing coffee shop – Bruce Brothers Beanery – just across the city parking area…for those of us that need a little extra pep! They do coffee and lotus energy drinks.

Calling all ladies for the most fun ladies night in town! Join us for a night of axe throwing that’s just for the girls! $20 axe throwing and $1 off beverages all night long! No reservations needed, just come on in from 6pm-10pm.
New to axe throwing? Don’t worry about it! We are letting two special guys in…they are our amazing coaches. They will be around all night to give you tips and pointers to hone in your axe throwing skills and ensure you have any beverages you need!
What are you waiting for? Join us for Military Monday on the first Monday of every month from 6pm-10pm!
$20 cover includes your first beverage* and all you can throw. This is an open event, so lanes will be shared to ensure everyone can throw. Please feel free to bring up to 2 non-military guests…they have to buy their own first beer though.
This event is on a walk-in basis, no reservations.
